Terms are as agreed at the time of booking.

Conditions and Cancellation Policy

To secure a reservation we require full details of a credit or debit card which will be valid at the time of your visit.  

Upon receipt of the card details we shall not debit the account but will levy the following charges should a cancellation, or no-show occur:-

Over 35 days there will be a £5 administration charge.

15 - 35 the cost of the first nights' accommodation will be charged.

3 - 15 days 50% of the total amount of the booking will be charged.

Less than 3 days notice of cancellation, or in the event of a no-show the total amount of the booking will be charged.

There will also be an administration charge of 4.5% for credit cards, or £1 for debit cards. Of course the final bill may be settled in cash, but we do not accept Travellers Cheques.

Making a booking, either verbally, by e-mail or in writing is a legal contract, which both parties must honour. Different establishment may have different cancellation policies. This is our policy and we advise that you take out travel insurance.
